    Our Values & Ethos

    We believe that our schools should create a climate of possibility that celebrates diversity, sparks curiosity and breeds creativity. This is facilitated through strategic and operational support to schools offering a range of systems, structures and resources to ensure best possible outcomes for our pupils. This is demonstrated by the consistently improving performance in our schools.

    We want our children to leave our schools as life-long learners with a respect for each other and above all with a set of values that ensure they make a contribution to their community and society.

    Christian Distinctiveness

    Within our Church schools we will always develop and promote the distinct Christian values so that the Christian character is permeated throughout the schools’ curriculum and worship, enabling our children to combine school and community values to a clear understanding of Christian beliefs. Our vision, values and ethos define who we are and are a vital element in growing our MAT. They will underpin finding the right schools, assessing opportunities and achieving success.
